Job Summary:

We’re looking for passionate, fast-paced, and detail-oriented team members to join us as Line Cooks/Cashiers. This role blends guest service with kitchen execution—whether you're on the register or handling wings at the fryer, you're part of delivering a memorable, flavorful experience to every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they leave with a lasting, positive impression of Wingstop.
• Take accurate orders in-person and over the phone using the POS system.
• Understand and promote the full menu, including sauces, new items, and limited-time offers.
• Prepare and cook bone-in wings, boneless wings, chicken strips, and fries following safety procedures.
• Accurately count portions and sauces for each order according to Wingstop standards.
• Time wings and fries correctly for optimal freshness and coordination.
• Package and present food in a clean, appealing manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and workstations throughout the shift.
• Filter and refresh fryer oil daily using safety procedures and PPE.
• Assist teammates and follow instructions from managers and supervisors.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate if needed.
• Practice safe food handling, hygiene, and cleaning chemical usage.
• Qualifications and Experience:
• 1 year of professional kitchen, cooking, or line cook experience (preferred).
• Previous restaurant or cashier experience is a plus.
• Valid Food Handler Certification is required.
• Ability to understand and follow food safety, hygiene, and cleaning procedures.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Salary:

?14,000 – ?22,000 per month (based on experience, shift availability, and location)
