Role and Responsibilities:

As a Food Delivery Driver, you will ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders while providing excellent customer service. You will support restaurant operations and contribute to a safe, courteous, and collaborative work environment.

• Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation and learn the delivery area.
• Check orders for quality and accuracy and follow proper delivery procedures.
• Provide professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
• Deliver flyers, door hangers, and pizza to individual customer homes.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
• Execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as necessary.
• Work as part of a team, assist colleagues, and complete all closing duties including cleaning.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products.
• Operate and clean all equipment and perform other workstation duties including preparing ingredients and products.
• Perform basic arithmetic, make correct monetary change, and enter orders using a computer or touchscreen.
• Stock ingredients, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork.
• Safely operate a motor vehicle for deliveries.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and satisfactory vehicle.
• Strong navigational skills and ability to read maps.
• Effective verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Eye-hand coordination and motor skills for handling equipment and making deliveries.
• Ability to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in certain markets.
• Experience in customer service or food delivery.
• Cross-training in other restaurant workstation duties.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Non-exempt, hourly position with standard pay rates for in-store and delivery work.
