Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support to bartenders by keeping bar stations fully supplied with liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, and clean glassware to ensure continuous service.
Proactively manage inventory and stock levels throughout the shift, including restocking bottles, changing kegs, and ensuring adequate ice supply.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, including wiping down surfaces, collecting and washing dirty glassware, taking out trash/recycling, and mopping service areas.
Assist with opening and closing procedures for the bar, including prep work (e.g., cutting garnishes) and breakdown duties.
Adhere strictly to all company standards for food and beverage sanitation and hygiene.
Deliver food and non-alcoholic drinks to tables and assist with pre-bussing, clearing, and resetting tables as business volume requires.
Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by quickly addressing spills, removing empty items, and assisting the front-of-house team as needed.
Strictly follow all established responsible alcohol service policies, including identifying and communicating situations that require management intervention regarding guest behavior or intoxication.
