Job Description of Kitchen Team Leader:

As Kitchen Team Leader, you will take the lead in training and supervising team members to ensure they provide guests with a top-notch experience. Your goal is to establish a pleasant, sociable, sanitized, and secure setting. Your duties will involve overseeing day-to-day operations to uphold outstanding performance levels.

• Provide consistent coaching and support to team members to aid in their growth and success
• Exhibit a deep sense of consciousness and emphasis on maintaining food quality and safety
• Find satisfaction in a lively and fast-paced work atmosphere while effectively managing basic administrative responsibilities that may demand flexibility in task prioritization

Requirements of Kitchen Team Leader:

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferre
• Minimum of 6 months experience in the restaurant industr
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
• You must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
