Role and Responsibilities
As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service while maintaining the accuracy and speed that Wingstop guests expect. You will help create an inviting environment that keeps customers coming back for more.
Welcome guests warmly and deliver an excellent first impression, whether in person or by phone.
Accurately record and manage orders using the POS system to ensure precision and timeliness.
Stay informed about menu items, sauces, and promotions to make personalized recommendations for guests.
Handle all payment types, including cash, credit, and gift cards, with accuracy and professionalism.
Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery to maintain consistency and presentation standards.
Ensure orders are prepared and dispatched promptly within expected timeframes.
Balance the cash drawer and complete necessary financial reporting at the end of each shift.
Keep all guest-facing areas clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Address guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner, escalating to management when needed.
Uphold Wingstop's brand image through professionalism, attentiveness, and consistency in service delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or the restaurant industry preferred.
Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Food Handler Certification.
Proficiency in operating computerized POS systems.
Strong cash-handling and basic mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for guest interaction.
Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced team environment.
Dependable, polite, and consistently professional in conduct and communication.
Demonstrates honesty, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
