Role and Responsibilities of Food Prep Associate:

As a Food Prep Associate at Wendy's, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, fast, and enjoyable experience for our guests. Whether you are working in the kitchen, preparing food, or interacting with customers in the dining area, your dedication to providing high-quality service and food will help uphold Wendy's reputation for excellence. You'll handle drive-thru, counter service, or kitchen depending on the shift while supporting your team and jumping in where needed. Key responsibilities include

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and superior service to enhance their experience.
• Make Wendy's food with attention to quality and freshness as outlined by the company's guidelines.
• - Organize meetings and monitor timetable commitments. Manage phone calls coming in and going out.
• Aid customers in selecting items from the menu, accurately documenting their orders, and verifying the correct processing of all requests.
• Maintain the cleanliness, inventory, and overall efficiency of the restaurant.

• Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation practices.

• Ensure timely distribution of change and receipts to clientele.

• Work collectively with the team to attain sales objectives throughout the designated shift.
• Follow the security and safety protocols as mandated by the company.
• Show up on time for your shift and stay until all tasks are completed.
