Qualifications:
A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of progressive experience in restaurant management, or an equivalent blend of education and relevant work history.

Serve as the primary Brand Representative, embodying and promoting the core values and culture of Chicken Salad Chick.
Direct daily operations to ensure peak efficiency, compliance with all corporate standards, and outstanding guest service.
Lead, mentor, and continually develop Assistant Managers and all team members toward greater professional skills and managerial capacity.
Maintain stringent control over food, equipment, and labor costs, including accurate inventory management, daily/weekly counts, and waste minimization.
Develop, deploy, and monitor action plans for both operational improvements and financial performance targets (e.g., sales, quality, cleanliness).
Manage all human resources functions, including team scheduling for maximum efficiency, conducting performance evaluations, and making informed hiring and termination decisions in line with company policy.
Guarantee that all federal, state, and local regulations concerning health, safety, and labor are strictly observed within the establishment.
Oversee all cash handling, receipt control, and reconciliation processes with unwavering adherence to established security protocols.
Actively solicit and respond to customer feedback, implementing immediate solutions to any issues to ensure memorable and positive guest experiences.
Ensure that the facility and all equipment are maintained in optimal working condition through regular inspections and scheduled preventative maintenance.
