Job Summary of Restaurant Supervisor:

This position supports daily store operations by guiding team members, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The role includes overseeing tasks, supporting training, and helping maintain a clean and organized environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Supervisor:

Lead team members to deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient guest service.
Support training and onboarding of new and existing team members.
Ensure food and beverages are prepared according to safety and quality standards.
Assist with store cleanliness, organization, and product presentation.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to support smooth operations.
Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Supervisor:

Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous food service or leadership experience is helpful but not required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
