POSITION SUMMARY: Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant General Manager, where you will lead operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences in accordance with company standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Manage Restaurant Environment:
  • Deliver prompt and friendly service aligned with company guidelines.

  • Respond promptly to guest complaints received through verbal, email, or social media, ensuring swift resolutions.

  • Educate staff on alcohol awareness and maintain positive community relations.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequacy and compliance with standards.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and drinks to meet company quality standards.

• Manage Community Marketing:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of guest service experience.
• 3-5 years of management experience in a casual dining setting preferred.
• Proven track record of sales growth and P&L management.
• Ability to manage difficult guest interactions with a positive attitude.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• ServSafe Alcohol and Food Certification is a plus.
• Must have basic communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid government-issued driver's license required.
• Willingness to work 50-55 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
• Pass a company background check.
