Role and Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Manager will oversee operations for five to seven restaurant units, ensuring financial controls, business processes, and operational standards are consistently maintained. You will lead management teams to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction while developing your staff's professional skills.

  • Train, lead, and assist restaurant management teams in attaining their performance objectives.
  • Follow company policies, operational regulations, and procedures to meet standards.
  • Monitor financial health and identify possibilities for expansion.
  • Bolster revenue streams and drive profitability in various sectors.
  • Promote a positive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation among employees.
  • Seek, mentor, and cultivate top talent within the region.
  • Introduce strategic initiatives to foster brand growth.

Qualifications:

  • Acquisition of a college degree with over three years of experience in the role of a District Manager or Multi-unit operator in the foodservice field, or a corresponding combination of education and hands-on experience.
  • Confirmed expertise in overseeing and coordinating activities in a high-energy and rapidly changing environment.
  • Shows expertise in performance management and highlights effective leadership skills.
  • Competent in financial analysis, adept at reporting, and skilled in making effective decisions based on findings.
  • Upholding a flawless driving and criminal record.
