Description:

As an Hourly Manager at Hardee's, you will be a key player in the daily operations of the restaurant, supporting the General Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be on the front lines, helping to guide the team, maintain high standards of quality and service, and ensure our customers have a great experience. You'll be a leader by example, helping with everything from training new staff to managing shifts and making sure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the next step in their career by learning the ins and outs of restaurant management.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily management of restaurant operations, making sure company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service are consistently met.
Lead and mentor the team during your shift, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Help with training new and existing employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs well.
Support the General Manager in managing labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses.
Oversee cash handling procedures, including managing cash drawers and preparing daily reports.
Ensure all team members follow company policies regarding safety, sanitation, and security.
Actively participate in resolving guest issues and handling customer feedback to ensure every guest leaves happy.
Assist in preparing and submitting required reports and administrative paperwork.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 18 years of age.
Some leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
A strong sense of responsibility and a dependable work ethic.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
The physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting.
A positive, proactive attitude that motivates and encourages others.
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
