General Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

As the General Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and develop team members, and ensure that every guest receives a consistently high-quality experience. You will be responsible for implementing Burger King's operational standards while optimizing performance and profitability.

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure accurate preparation and service of food and beverages.
• Deliver excellent guest service by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members, including Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members.
• Supervise financial performance, including sales, budgets, and P&L management, while maintaining compliance with financial controls.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members to build a strong, reliable workforce.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and government employment regulations.
• Monitor inventory, labor, and operational efficiency to achieve restaurant performance goals.
• Ensure restaurant facilities and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum age of 18 years required.
• High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred.
• Completion or ability to complete Burger King training programs.
• At least 24 months of restaurant management experience in the quick-service industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of P&L control, financial analysis, and budget management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 annually, with additional performance-based incentives. Compensation is determined by experience and role responsibilities.
