Job Summary of Sales Lead:

As a Sales Lead at Scooters Coffee, you are an essential component of our team, responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of every shift. Your leadership directly impacts the customer experience, team morale, and overall performance of our store. Here are the key duties expected of you in this role:

Leading the Team:

• Provide clear guidance and assistance to team members throughout your work period, ensuring everyone understands their roles and duties.
• Serve as a model for outstanding customer service, top-notch product standards, and swift performance.
• Promote a sense of unity and camaraderie within the team, ensuring a lively and positive workspace to sustain the motivation and involvement of the staff.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Focus on ensuring customer happiness by greeting all guests in a friendly manner and making sure their orders are correct and served in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer issues or grievances by adopting a problem-solving approach to effectively address their concerns and enhance their overall experience.
• We must always strive to ensure a quick and delightful drive-thru service for our customers.

Involves overseeing and coordinating the scheduling and execution of shifts and daily operations within a business or organization:

• Be responsible for overseeing shift schedules, ensuring breaks are effectively organized to support staffing needs and operational effectiveness.
• Undertake commencement and conclusion responsibilities, which encompass precise handling of funds, maintenance tasks, and verification of goods in stock.
• Keep the shop tidy, well-arranged, and always adequately supplied while emphasizing the importance of adhering to rigorous health and safety protocols.

Ensuring that products meet rigorous quality standards and exhibit consistency is paramount for success in the market:

• Monitor the process of beverage preparation and food management in order to uphold the quality benchmarks established by Scooters Coffee.
• Monitor the amount of stock available and report quickly to the Store Manager about any shortages or concerns.
• Consistently monitor the operational status of machinery and alert the necessary personnel about any maintenance issues to minimize downtime.

Leadership & Communication:

• Foster open lines of communication with your team, giving them advice and input to assist in their development.
• Partner with the Store Manager to reach sales targets and operational objectives.
• Proactively seek out opportunities for improvement and apply strategies to maximize shift productivity.

• Prepare to be available for work during early mornings, weekends, and holidays if the situation demands it.
• Ensure you are consistently punctual and approach your shift with vitality and positivity.
