Your role is essential in assisting the team in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness within and outside the restaurant.

Qualifications:

• Skill in managing rapid work environments while upholding a stringent focus on cleanliness standards.
• Exhibiting a cooperative spirit and a motivated work ethic while working within a team setting.
• Should be able to stand for long durations and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• The position entails being accessible during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• No need for previous experience as training will be given.

Critical Functions:

• Wash and disinfect dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, and pans with the assistance of dishwashing machinery.
• Validate that all plates, silverware, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, devoid of any water stains, and stored correctly for the benefit of guests and employees.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining zones, restrooms, and areas not visible to customers to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Regularly clean and organize the utility area each day.
• It is important to perform regular sweeping, mopping, and sanitization of kitchen and utility floors to prevent germs and dirt buildup.
• Keep the dumpster area and loading dock clean by regularly removing trash and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Adhere to the timetable for deep-cleaning tasks and conduct them as planned.
• Adhere to the regulations set forth by the local health department and follow the safety protocols established by the company.
• Replenish dishes, silverware, and glassware at the Cook, Line, and Server stations to ensure they are fully stocked.
• Notify the Manager immediately of any equipment issues or safety hazards that need attention.
• Keep up with high demand during busy hours while ensuring cleanliness is upheld.
• Enhance the overall guest experience by ensuring that both dishes and dining spaces are immaculately clean.
• Provide the restaurant team with timely delivery of spotless dishware and cutlery.
