Responsibilities of Table Service Associate:

Build and uphold professional and productive working partnerships with IHOP staff and clientele.
Carry out the IHOP service guidelines as per standard operating procedures to uphold excellent guest service.
Deal with guest grievances in a professional, respectful, and prompt manner, show appreciation for their feedback, and extend an invitation for a return visit.
Absorb and implement IHOP terminology, shorthand references, methodologies, and familiarity with plating and menu specifics.
Ensure compliance with standard operating methods for managing guest checks and server cash transactions.
Ensure all necessary items are stocked and rotated in the service zones and dining room in alignment with assigned shifts.
Observe and abide by the health, sanitation, and safety guidelines mandated by local authorities and standard operating procedures.
