Job Duties and Responsibilities of Front of House Team Member:

• Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items according to Chipotle's recipes and standards.
• Operate stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas, including dining and kitchen stations.
• Assist teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
• Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Qualifications and Experience of Front of House Team Member:

• No prior experience required; training provided for all stations.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Willingness to learn and develop cooking and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location.
