Assistant Deli Manager

Company Overview:

Burger King is currently seeking an Assistant Deli Manager to strengthen its restaurant management team. In this role, you will supervise operations, coordinate with the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, and lead a team of Team Members during designated shifts. Your responsibilities will focus on driving revenue, maximizing profitability, enhancing customer experiences, and fostering teamwork to support Burger King's mission.

Role and Responsibilities:

The Assistant Deli Manager is responsible for inspiring team members and managing the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant:

• Enforce strict adherence to cash control and security policies, including accurate counting and supervision of cash drawer operations.
• Manage inventory levels through routine inspections and by receiving inventory shipments.
• Encourage and guide team members to deliver fast, precise, and hospitable service in clean and safe environments.
• Enhance staff expertise and restaurant productivity by providing coaching and constructive feedback.
• Actively implement operational plans to improve performance and efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and sale of products in line with speed of service standards.
• Motivate team members across multiple workstations throughout the shift.
• Evaluate restaurant performance to recognize successes and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain consistency with operational and branding standards.
• Support the team by performing Team Member duties as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college education preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant, with proven skills in efficient customer service and operational management.
