Role and Responsibilities
The Store Manager leads daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and driving profitability by overseeing all aspects of the restaurant. You will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational standards. Your responsibilities include:
Conduct the oversight of the restaurant's daily operations in order to ensure the efficient and precise handling of food preparation and service.
Achieve remarkable customer satisfaction by delivering rapid, amiable service within clean, inviting atmospheres.
Lead and inspire restaurant employees to exceed customer expectations by setting a high standard of service.
Offer guidance and feedback to Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members.
Manage profit and loss evaluations, execute marketing strategies, and follow financial guidelines in addition to cash and security procedures.
Direct the management of labor, inventory, and financial documentation to optimize operational effectiveness in the restaurant.
Comply with company policies, food safety criteria, employment legislation, and government regulations to ensure conformity.
Recruit, onboard, educate, and sustain effective restaurant professionals.
Abide by preventive maintenance norms for the maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Be open to working at different times, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts, depending on operational needs.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
A high school diploma or GED is required, and some college education is preferred.
Managed restaurant operations in a fast-food or similar setting for 1-2 years.
Solid grasp of P&L administration and financial appraisal.
Proficient in communication, effective leadership, and efficient problem-solving.
Aptitude for leading, prioritizing, and structuring work in a fast-moving setting.
Qualification for Burger King certification programs (or ability to qualify).
Preferred Qualifications
Some college education.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual income ranges from $55,000 to $70,000, fluctuating based on location and experience level, with possible performance-related bonuses.
