Job Summary of Shift Manager:

This role is responsible for leading the overall operations of a restaurant, focusing on team development, financial results, and guest satisfaction. A structured leadership training program is provided to ensure success in managing people, processes, and service quality in a fast - paced environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Shift Manager:

• Oversee daily store operations to meet financial and performance goals.
• Hire, train, and guide associates while fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve operational challenges.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and store efficiency for optimal performance.
• Encourage professional growth through coaching, feedback, and recognition.

Qualifications and Experience of Shift Manager:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and stores within a 50 - mile radius.
• Serve Safe certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a high - energy environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict management skills.

Salary:

The hourly pay range for this position is $26.50 to $29.50, with eligibility for performance - based bonuses.
