Responsibilities:

• Directing daily responsibilities: Ensures profitability through adherence to cash control and security measures, monitoring inventory levels, managing labor force, scrutinizing financial reports, and taking necessary steps
• Coordinates and ensures the professional development and growth of the management team and staff members
• Maintains an exemplary customer service standard
• Supervising the adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and ensuring that the restaurant performs regular safety, cleanliness, and operations evaluations are necessary for guaranteeing guest satisfaction and meeting inspection regulations

Requirements:

• Successful applicants should have a history of QSR Management or Assistant Management experience in the fast food realm
• Prior work history in quick-service or informal restaurant settings is valued (preferred)
• Proven ability to enhance sales performance and improve bottom-line results
• Illustrating exceptional organizational proficiency and a motivation to enhance the development of others
• The proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills greatly influences the quality of connections and collaborations between individuals
• Ability to function competently in a high-volume and fast-paced setting is a necessity
• Having the know-how to control expenses linked to food and labor is invaluable in the realm of restaurant management
• Strategic planning approaches for sales acceleration
