Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a food service or retail setting, ideally in a quick-service restaurant (QSR).
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Availability to assist with closing procedures at least two evenings per week.
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing, or pulling moderately heavy objects.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in our internal leadership development program, seeking opportunities for advancement.
  • Support profitability by adhering to cash handling and security protocols, managing inventory levels, optimizing labor costs, and maintaining operational efficiency during your shift.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of team members, ensuring operational excellence and a consistently successful restaurant experience.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts with accuracy.
  • Ensure the restaurant maintains high cleanliness standards and that the team delivers exceptional guest experiences through friendly service and quality products.
  • Maintain the ability to stand and walk consistently throughout entire shifts.
  • Safely navigate confined spaces and operate various restaurant equipment.
