• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing machinery with efficiency and adherence to safety guidelines, guaranteeing all dishware, glassware, and cutlery are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Aid in the proper handling, storage, and rotation of food inventory and supplies to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
