Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cleaning Technician, you will maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen while supporting both culinary and service teams to ensure efficient operations.

Perform dishwashing duties using specialized tools to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, and pots.
Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area in compliance with health and safety standards.
Assist in restocking the kitchen with sanitized plates, bowls, and utensils to support smooth operations.
Keep your workspace orderly by properly disposing of trash, recyclables, and kitchen waste.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to facilitate efficient workflow and timely service for guests.
Support additional cleaning tasks, including wiping surfaces and performing sweeping and mopping duties as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or cleaning role is beneficial.
Ability to follow sanitation and hygiene guidelines consistently.
Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned tasks.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support others as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using commercial dishwashing equipment and cleaning tools.
Familiarity with health and safety standards in a food-service environment.
