Responsibilities:

• Manage various production areas such as Ingredient Preparation, Coating Operations, and Final Assembly.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's standards for packaging, food presentation, and product quality.
• Leverage internal data to ensure reliability and address areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Director and Training Director to resolve challenges and strategize solutions.
• Promote a culture of food safety and hygiene within the kitchen at all times.
• Ensure team members maintain the pace required to meet service expectations.
• Monitor cleanliness of the dining area, parking lots, and surrounding environment.
• Enforce dress code, grooming standards, and adherence to company protocols.
• Be receptive to feedback and foster a growth mindset within the team.
• Remain composed under pressure and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Handle disciplinary actions for performance issues and policy violations when necessary.
• Strictly adhere to Chick-fil-A's prescribed operational standards and protocols.

Pay Rate:

The hourly rate starts at $23.50.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Open to full-time employment with a flexible schedule (30-40 hours weekly)
