Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of management experience within a family, fast-casual, or full-service dining environment is strongly preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent education is necessary.
• Completion of college coursework or a degree in culinary arts is considered a plus.
• Must comply with all State-mandated age requirements for serving alcohol in applicable locations.
• Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and conflict resolution.
• Proven capability in building and motivating successful teams.
• Proficiency in basic business mathematics, accounting principles, and general computer applications.
• Dedication to the highest standards of guest service and hospitality.
• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including various shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive leadership and support for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant as a Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee the execution of all Company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
• Direct supervisory activities including the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of all staff members.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members, providing performance appraisals, positive reinforcement, and necessary disciplinary actions to foster employee success and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to the restaurant's financial success by actively building sales, maximizing table turnover, and driving overall profitability.
• Ensure the complete and timely execution of all corporate and local marketing and sales-building initiatives.
• Maintain stringent control over daily operations, including managing labor costs via scheduling tools and ensuring adherence to cash control and security protocols.
• Manage food costs effectively through adherence to portion control, proper recipe execution, and accurate inventory management.
• Regularly interact with guests, addressing and resolving any food quality or service concerns to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, local health and safety regulations, and all company safety and security policies.
• Model professional conduct and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food quality, and restaurant presentation.
• Occasionally provide hands-on assistance to team members across various job duties as operational needs dictate.
