Job Duties and Responsibilities of Shift Leader:
- Assist with leading team members during assigned shifts to maintain smooth store operations
- Encourage consistent guest service and product quality throughout each shift
- Support training and coaching of new and existing staff
- Ensure preparation areas remain clean, organized, and aligned with safety guidelines
- Monitor task completion and help team members stay on track
- Promote safe food handling and adherence to daily operational standards
Qualifications and Experience of Shift Leader:
- Experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is helpful
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable offering feedback and assisting with basic training
- Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment
