Role and Responsibilities:

As an Operating Partner, you will bring the Domino's experience to life by managing store operations, driving financial success, building strong teams, and fostering a fun environment that encourages growth and purpose. Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual earnings of $54,340 in hourly wages based on a 50-hour work week.
• Operating Partner bonus potential of $2,400 every 4 weeks (average $18,200 annually with potential up to $31,200 annually).
• Starting income potential of $72,540 - $85,540.
• Paid health insurance (company pays a portion of the premium).
• Two weeks of paid vacation per year.
